Call Reservation: You make a call appointment with your lady by mail. This way you minimize costs and maximize chances to reach each other. Just appoint call date and time. Our English / Russian interpreter will call the lady, to verify the calling time and that she’s in time at our office to receive your call. At the appointed time, you will call our number and your lady will answer the phone. With our interpreter on the line, you will be able to talk to your lady.
Please think about the time differences in the world. You do not want to call her in the middle of the night, or during the day when she is most likely at work.

General:
Translators work consists in interpreting your conversation with your lady and assisting in understanding each other. If any questions on other services arise during the conversation, please feel free to address them to us.
Translators are not allowed to answer questions going beyond the Interpreting service. The time of your conversation with the lady is counted from the moment the operator connects you to the lady. The duration of the talk is determined automatically and is expressed in round numbers (minutes of your talk). 31 minutes of your talk will be equated to 60 minutes.
The translator cannot transfer any kind of information to ladies outside the client’s telephone talk with ladies.
The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided by the lady, as well as for the lady’s correct understanding of your contacts. What we can guarantee is accurate translation of the contact information!
The translator is not allowed to render any contacts of a lady (her telephone number, email or postal address) in any situation, even if the lady herself asked you to call her (in her letter via Crimean Pearls to you, for example). Any contact information is confidential, that is why only ladies themselves can render it to you during the telephone conversation.
If the lady speaks English herself, and you communicate with her without any help of the interpreter, the talk is still considered as taken place and is paid in accordance with the existing terms.
Phone reservation:
If you use the Phone service and fill in the special form on this website, the minimum deposit charge is like written at the service ordered. Even if you speak less with the lady, the entire deposit is used up and cannot be transferred partially on to the next call.
The number of minutes for several conversations with ladies is not summarized. Each of the calls taken place is paid separately. Would you like to speak to several ladies using the Phone service, please take into account that you will need to reserve each call separately, i.e. fill in the “Phone Reservation” form for each lady. Accordingly a separate deposit will be taken off your credit card for each order.
Should you like to reschedule the reservation please write to us, indicating your order ID, or call us.
In case the reserved call does not go through due to some technical problems we will arrange the call for some later time.
If the reserved call does not take place at your fault no refund is issued, and the deposit cannot be transferred on to the next call. Please make sure you make the call at the time scheduled or are waiting to receive the call at the telephone number provided by you. The lady and the translator will wait half an hour after the scheduled time for you call or try to cal you twice within 10 minutes time!
